[Registration No. 201901030061 (1339391-K)] with its business address at Lot F36, First Floor, Atria Shopping Centre, Jalan SS22/23, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia (“NOHOO Malaysia”) is the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE distributor of children school bags, backpacks and related accessories bearing the trademark “NOHOO” within the territory of Malaysia.
It has recently come to NOHOO Malaysia's notice and attention that certain persons, firms and/or companies have been importing, distributing, selling, offering and/or otherwise trading products bearing the trade mark “NOHOO” via online marketplaces and platform(s) in Malaysia without NOHOO Malaysia's authorisation and that such unauthorised dealers and/or distributors claim such products purchased in Malaysia are entitled to lifetime warranty. The said NOHOO products are imported, distributed, sold, offered and/or otherwise traded within Malaysia by such dealers and/or distributors WITHOUT AUTHORISATION from NOHOO Malaysia.
Members of the public are advised to exercise caution in purchasing any NOHOO products from any such unauthorised dealers and/or distributors as NOHOO Malaysia shall not and will not be responsible for any NOHOO products purchased from any such unauthorised dealers and/or distributors other than NOHOO Malaysia.
Any NOHOO products purchased from any such unauthorised dealers and/or distributors will not be eligible for warranty claim from NOHOO Malaysia. Product warranty are provided solely for all genuine NOHOO products purchased from NOHOO Malaysia and our authorised dealers or distributors, accompanied by proof of purchase. 最近NOHOO Malaysia注意到, 某些人和/或公司未经NOHOO Malaysia授权, 在马来西亚境内通过在线市场和互联网平台进口、分销、销售、提供和/或以其他方式交易带有“NOHOO”商标的产品。而且此些未经授权的经销商和/或分销商声称在马来西亚购买的此类产品有权享有终生保修。此类带有“NOHOO”商标的产品是由未经NOHOO Malaysia授权的经销商和/或分销商在马来西亚境内进口、分销、销售、提供和/或以其他方式交易的产品。
在此建议公众在从任何未经NOHOO Malaysia授权的经销商和/或分销商处购买任何带有“NOHOO”商标的产品时要谨慎，因为NOHOO Malaysia不会也将不对从任何此类未经其授权的经销商和/或分销商处购买的任何带有“NOHOO”商标产品负责。
